A series of experimentation
that feels the pushing, pulling displacement
of the moon - that flows through the motherscapes of sound, bodies, vision, feelings, taste-smell
waterlands, touch, fluid geometry, hair,
nails, sweat,
and the whole of the earth herself!

Ma’am is a mutually-supportive performative organism gesturing triangularly towards the Feminine Future. It re-appropriates Ma'am as a gender-nonspecific pronoun (à la 'dude' and 'guys'). it re-appropriates symbolic triangles (à la 'lenses', dance shapes, and 'the divine feminine'). It focuses our action and energy into a potent domestico-political force. Ma’am is a wave in the coming storm of the feminist future, and a developing ecosystem in the feminist present. Ma’am is a new language. It’s fancier and my gender is what I have been calling “fancy” lately. Ma’ams are hustlers and adamant schedulers, and their Saturday night interests lay somewhere between partying and crafting. The Ma'am sees you for someone quite close to who you really are. The Guy doesn't really go there, psychically, with strangers. The Dude has never considered any of this. Ma’am is not a joke. The Ma’am looks you square in the eye and she is mask-less, unsmiling, historical.
